Before contacting us please read our frequently asked questions as 95% of questions are answered below

When will my item arrive?
Please allow up to 10-30 days after order confirmation. During busy periods some items may take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. If your item hasn't arrived please get in touch with us. Please note that orders can take up to a week to process due to security reasons but most go through in a day or two. To ensure you receive your item by a certain date its best to order no sooner than 6 weeks otherwise the item may arrive after the specified date.  

My item is damaged or of poor quality?
While most orders go through well sometimes something goes wrong with manufacturing or shipment and we take it very seriously. Please get in touch with us with a photo of the affected goods and we will happily assist you.

My item is not as described?
Items may look different in the photos due to the lighting and presentation. If your item is different than whats in your order please contact us and we will assist you.

Can I have a refund please?
If something goes wrong on our end such as the goods failing to show up, damaged goods or a quality issue (Orders do get handled by people and occasionally we make mistakes) we usually offer the choice of a refund or a free replacement providing you send us the photographic evidence of the affected goods and we will do our best to help you. If the goods fail to show up in 6 weeks just contact us and we will sort something out.

However we do not issue refunds for issues caused on your end such as change of mind, incorrect details put on the order, wrong product etc so choose carefully before ordering and make sure your details are correct as we don't issue refunds if the package is sent to the wrong address.

We usually put large orders ($100 or more) on hold for a couple of days before processing them for security reasons.
