When will my item arrive?
Please allow up to 10-30 days after order confirmation. During busy periods some items may take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. If your item hasn't arrived please get in touch with us. Please note that orders can take up to a week to process due to security reasons but most go through in a day or two. To ensure you receive your item by a certain date its best to order no sooner than 6 weeks otherwise the item may arrive after the specified date.
My item is damaged or of poor quality?
While most orders go through well sometimes something goes wrong with manufacturing or shipment and we take it very seriously. Please get in touch with us with a photo of the affected goods and we will happily assist you
My item is not as described?
Items may look different in the photos due to the lighting and presentation. If your item is different than whats in your order please contact us and we will assist you.
Can I have a refund please?
Please choose carefully before purchase. We generally don't issue refunds unless stated in our refund policy. If you have any issues please do get in touch with us and we can help.
